We thoroughly enjoyed the clean, well-designed rooms and the seamless check-in process. The staff were attentive when needed but also unobtrusive, great for a perfect balance .

The surrounding area felt a bit isolated. We had to walk about ten minutes uphill to reach the nearest subway station which might deter some guests looking for convenience.

The staff are lovely and wonderful, managed the parking onsite. Offers excellent service and excellent food.

Quite comfortable stay at a good value. Immaculately clean, reasonable value hotel, the location was particularly good and absolutely perfect right by the Mori Building and Mall, the Tokyo Film Festival, and numerous cafes, restaurants and nightclubs and the great shopping area and bustling Tokyo. Fairly friendly staff on reception and elsewhere. Delicious and great breakfast with amazing products.

Request a room away from the expressway for quieter nights, as the hotel can be noisy with traffic.

It's overall clean hotel nestled in a chic style building in the pretty quiet area. Overall a very comfortable stay at a good value. Very pleasant staff throughout. Variety of delightful food. Good and perfect location a 10-15 minute walking distance from The National Art Center...

Located in 15 minutes' walk from Roppongi tube station. Great continental breakfast - something for everyone.

The staff treated us wonderfully, even with my daughter's birthday they gave us personal gifts. The cleanliness could improve. We noticed dusty areas in our room. The hotel is centrally located near great restaurants. Breakfast included decent selections. It hit the mark for a family stay, but housekeeping needs better attention.

Superb experience with really good service.

The room I booked, the Beautiful Double Room, had a modern vibe, but the lack of windows that open felt suffocating. It was pretty dark, with only mounted spotlights lighting up the space. The air conditioning blasted right at the bed. Crawling over to get out of bed proved annoying since the setup didn't feel user-friendly at all. The staff were friendly, and service during the day was decent. They always greeted with a smile and showed willingness to help. The location is a big plus. It's close to Roppongi's vibrant scene. The food quality for breakfast impressed me as well. I enjoyed the variety available. Still, considering the discomfort of the room layout and lighting, I can't rate this place any higher than I would.

I loved the spaciousness of the room with modern amenities like the washing machine 😊 The location is great too, just a bit noisy from the hallways. A bit more room size would be nice.

Celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday in this lovely hotel. The staff's thoughtful gestures and birthday surprises. The comfortable Standard Double Room and proximity to fantastic restaurants added to the joy. Highly recommend visiting Coconoma for a special dining experience!
